What have I signed myself into?! :shock:

This is going to be very amusing in terms of going from being a wobbly slow thing to a speedy streak of cycle-lightning. I know I only pop in here on occasion but in these times of dubious economic crisis, doom, gloom and general brouhaha I'm sure you could do with a laugh, so I'll keep you up to date as to efforts on training. :sick:

Training so far has included Charlotte taking her feet off the pedals on the tandem. :lol:

Having chased Victoria P's *rs* through the woods on a mountain bike, I believe they may use the reverse of this stratagy. :wink:
