Congratulations to the Chairman. Munky completed the London Tri today in a smidgeon over three hours.

Hopefully he will tell us all about it when he gets back :c+tongue: .

Well done, Andy! You look quite weary in the final pic – it obviously made the Dumb Run seem like a ride in the park! What was the distance of each stage?

Same as Sam's Irish romp - 1500 swim, 40k bike, 10k run. Transitions were in a fecking HANGAR though - my swim-to-bike transition (T1) took 4:39 and was in the fast half!
