Hello all

Nice Chuffy (I assume he's nice as the evil has been dropped?) persuaded me to pop in and have a nose around, so that's what I've done.

Been out of the saddle for some time, but getting a new velo this week.

Lots of familiar usernames spotted on here so far. I did go to C+ a few weeks ago, found no-one was there any more and that it had changed to BR, so I dug around and joined CC and consequently 'ere.

Not planning to be any sort of serious cyclist (fair weather only for me these days), so just here for the laughs!

Simon

Getting a rigid MTB style 'urban' bike, as they call them now. It's a Marin Novato. Already got some SPuDs and one of them Superflash rear lights ready to go on, so just need some front lights now.

Choice gets a bit harder there, don't it?! Halogen, HID, LED, carbide?

Yay! :c+grin:

Ring the bell and Jarvis will bring you hot buttered crumpets and your choice of condiments. Plus whatever you fancy to drink, of course. :smug:

For me that would be one who still rides to work in the rain, leaving a perfectly good car sat on the drive! :|

Christ on a bike, there's a lot of smileys in your collection!

I think I need to amend my location, as I've actually put where I live instead of somewhere altogether more bonkers, which seems to be the current vogue.

I like the fact that I'm unsullied though. How long does that last?

Bend over and wait. :evilchuffy:

As for smileys, they are a bit much. Do as I do and just use the old C+ ones. :c+grin:

I don't think we've got that one in the smiley bank.

Yet...
