We've got less than six months to go now, peeps, so I suppose we should all be thinking about it.

(And not, instead, contemplating a Little Big Planet 2 launch party on Saturday 22nd January, ferinstance.)

Do it this weekend, there's more chance of a warm dry night with a tailwind.

Howdy all. I rode some of the Dumb Run roads at the weekend (200k audax), reclining rather gingerly on a recumbent trike. I’m still suffering from double vision and a tremulous voice. I just hope the lovely Falkirk Council fill in the pot holes before 18th June, otherwise we could be in Australia before we catch sight of the Forth Road Bridge.

My Windcheetah does that to me, too.

What distance is the run? I haven't done more than 70 miles in one day since the summer of 2009.

115 miles or some such.

I don't think any of the rest of us have, either.

Other than Munky, anyway.

Mine’s a Windcheetah, too.

If I get my legs strengthened in time, and if I sort out a way of transporting it, and if it doesn’t continue to rattle itself to pieces, and if I can work out how to stop the brakes from taking me through the bushes, and if I can make it down to the Dumb Run this year, then I’ll be riding it instead of my fixie. Perhaps.

Some of us might be fit already.

Doesn't mean the rest of us are...
