Location: Where? There. There on the stair.
Just received this from my local councillor's email thingy.

Local Triathlon people have asked me to email you these details about a national triathlon being held this Sunday morning in Portobello - in time for you and your to enter!

It is OK just to go and spectate, though - or just be aware it's all hapening!

'News hot off the press is that TriathlonScotland have given us the go ahead to once again host the Scottish Championship race at Portobello on Sunday morning, 28th September.

We will keep entries open on 'entry central' until Thursday night - 25 September.

http://www.entrycentral.com/index.php

After several requests we are also going to run a team race (mother & father relay) one swimmer, one runner, in both the open water and novice adult races.
Please enter on-line normally and telephone Bruce on 0131-308 8989 to let us know you want to be in the team race'.

Blech :-s .

It's an aquathlon, not a triathlon. It's the swimming and the running without the good bit in between  ](*,) .

I always get confused. Aquathlon is swim-run, and duathlon is bike-run, innit?

THAT explains the father - daughter team thing that I didn't quite understand the point of (did they both have to do the bike?).

I was going to go down with the camera nad get a pick of Madam R in full flow as well. Mind you, whenever I turn up to watch she pulls out.

I'm not sure how I could have put that in a way that didn't imply very rude goings-on...

Just don't take your camera down to Dirty McFilthy's Strapon Club ;)

Who cares? Neither of them involves anything with wheels.
