Only just seen this, but I'm going to be laying concrete all weekend... :(

However, out tonight. Sam, don't know if you knew (or if you care?) that Tim and Kathy are up in Embra this weekend? A few people meeting in Joseph Pearce's tonight about 6. I'm only there for a couple, but haven't seen you in AGES! (I still see Frood occasionally of an evening on Melville Street - I think he still wonders why that odd bloke on a bike is staring at him... Or he's zoned out on MP3s...)

And nobody thought to tell me?

OK, now I'm seriously miffed. Most of the time I don't give a flying crap about how everyone stays over in the Other Other place and never pokes their heads out, but this is beyond a joke.

Fine. if they're coming all the way up here and didn't even tell me, it seems fairly clear that the days of sharing jelly babies are well and truly forgotten.

But you're lovely, Anth. How long are you all staying out? Only Frood doesn't get off until 6 and he goes climbing of a Friday night so I couldn't get away until about 7:30.

Sam

Oh, that's very true. You can ROCK, though.

In Anth's case, this has yet to be proved.

This is also very true. Anth's ROCK capacity is currently questionable.

I've managed to pass a few more songs on hard now too. Though not Muse. This ability may not apply after a couple of drinks.

You, sir, are an absolute ninja.

And you can handle a pig with the best of them :smug: .

Pfft, we question his ability to rock, and he fails to rise to the bait.

I demand a better internet. This crime cannot go unpunished.

Yeah. This internet appears to be broken.

For Anth about to ROCK we salute you...

Hey, I've been to 2, count 'em 2, AC/DC concerts I'll have you know *air guitars*. The problem with Saturday night is Mel's dad is giving me a hand (NOT taking over, I HAD to ask him cos I can't fit the hired cement mixer in our car) and as a consequence we're providing him with dinner. I'll see if I can work something out...

As to tonight - only planning on being out for a couple of hours max to be honest. I don't want to be working out in the cold tomorrow with a raging hangover. Probably till about 8 before bussing it home? (went and left my bike lock at home this morning so can't bike it along and be looked at funny by the well-dressed JP crowd).

Will, however, get on with that Punisher film get-together idea - Odeon don't seem to be showing it, how would Ocean Terminal Vue suit?

And just noticed the Arthur's Seat thingy - any idea what sort of time? Won't have any other chance to get on the bike, but a couple of hours out if everything is laid and dandy could be good.

Does Arthur's Seat count as a high exposed type place for the chances of weekend snow?

I just sort of (foolishly) assumed you knew and may have been a reason for the visit :? :(

Plus, it's been a crap week ...

Ha!

Will and Ms Will laughed at Sega Big Bass Fishing Duel.

Then they tried it...

"It's a crappie!"

Hope they got home okay. It was very late/early and very cold when they left.

Happy birthday to Crumbs, by the way.

Sam
